    24-hour crisis response

We consider ourselves to be "life management specialists." This means that, in a limited number of counseling sessions, you and your counselor will agree on a realistic goal for issues interfering within your life and then work together to accomplish your objectives.

    PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH CONFIDENCE . . . . .
Counseling provided through our programs are voluntary and confidential. Your contact with us will not be disclosed to anyone, including your employer, without your knowledge or consent, except where required by law. We are obligated by law to report threats to self and others and suspected child or elder abuse in order to preserve safety of all involved parties.

Regular, non-emergency, appointments with a counselor in your area can usually be arranged within 3 to 5 days of your first call. In crisis situations during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) you will be able to speak immediately by telephone with a counselor. At other times, an on-call counselor will return crisis calls within 15 to 20 minutes of your phone call. Crisis appointments to meet with a counselor in person can usually be arranged within a day of your first call.
